Membership Renewals & New Memberships Fees for 2010

Due to increases in fees from Aussi and the new Membership Database the fees have been slightly adjusted for the above period.

12 month membership: $100.00 (was $95.00)

Please log on to www.mswa.asn.au to register your information and pay by credit card. 12 month memberships not available to be renewed on line until December 1, 2009.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO A NEW MEMBERSHIP OR RENEWAL OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP

1. Read Medical Guidelines and then download Medical Questionnaire (both found in the File Cabinet), complete and hand to your coach poolside at your next swimming session.

Log onto www.mswa.asn.au
Click on blue box stating “click here for on-line registrations or renewals
Click the appropriate tab of re-registration or renewals

NEW MEMBERS	RENEWALS
Select your club – Westcoast Masters	Select the tab to renew your membership
Select your membership choice of 16 months or 4 months. SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE	You will be asked for your log-in. This should be your first name as your username and your surname as your password. Please call Margaret Ernst on 0419908866 if you have a problem logging on. Margaret will give you an up to date log in. WHEN YOU HAVE ENTERED THE SITE PLEASE CHANGE YOUR LOG-IN TO YOUR CHOSEN COMBINATION, click next.
Please read the disclaimer, tick the box and the bottom of the page and click next	Please fill in any areas of your personal details that have changed, including your email address and emergency contact details. Click next
Fill out all the information requested and click next	Your 12 month membership renewal is not available until December 1, 2009. Please go back onto the website after this date and continue the renewal process to pay your membership on line.
Click to submit application to pay on line
Choose your method of payment and continue to pay on line. You will be emailed a receipt confirming your payment.
